What is your return policy?

We have a 14 day return/exchange policy. Refunds are an in-store credit only. Electronic & special order items are final sale.

Where are you located?

We're located on the corner of Leslie & Gorham St. Around the side off of Nicholson road, you will see the ORPS Parts logo!

What are your business hours?

We're open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM, Saturday from 9AM to 3PM, and are closed on Sunday.

Do you ship parts?

We can ship your items through postal services to residential addresses only. Shipping costs vary between items, quotes available upon request. Canada only.
